School Meals

 SchoolGrid, is our online system for ordering and paying for your child's school meals. With SchoolGrid, you have the flexibility to place orders on a daily, weekly, monthly, or even termly basis. You can set up multiple orders in advance, as long as the menu is open, and you can also make same-day orders until 8:55 am.

 

If you pay for your child’s meals, you have two convenient options on SchoolGrid. You can either top up your account with a card payment or choose to set up a Direct Debit. To ensure your orders can be processed, please make sure you have the necessary credit on your account or have set up the Direct Debit. If these conditions aren't met, you will receive a reminder message prompting you to make a payment.

 

With the Direct Debit option, payments will be collected on a monthly basis in arrears. The amount can vary based on how many meals your child has taken within that period. You will receive a statement two weeks prior to each collection, detailing the exact date and amount to be collected, along with information about all meals included.

 

We kindly ask you to remember to cancel any orders if your child will not be having lunch, as this will prevent unnecessary charges and help reduce food waste.
